We’re all aware that one person making a change in their lifestyle isn’t going to change the world. But, if many individuals all change their behaviour, it has the power to change the entire economy. As one person, we can sure make a difference! Our leaders follow what society demands. And we are society. So let’s all come together as individuals and use our people power to bring about change in governments and big organizations. The change society desperately needs starts with us – you and me!

Hidden Gem Cafe Near Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi

We discovered this little gem of a cafe by accident. Its name is Conifer Four Seasons Book Cafe and Fast Food. Aside from being such a unique and refreshing place, it’s got fast wifi, a large variety of food, including vegetarian options, and is a great space for the digital nomad who prefers chilled out cafes over coworking spaces.

I hadn’t really thought that much about my food eating habits, because to me eating meat and dairy was normal and not something people really discussed. So, I set out to find out why it could be harmful for the environment. Here, I answer the questions, what’s so bad about meat and dairy? How does cutting down on them actually help the environment? Hanoi Mid-Autumn Festival September 2019

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a huge holiday in Vietnam. It’s also known as the Moon Festival, the Harvest Moon Festival and the Children’s Festival. Each year the festival is held on a different date because it is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calender. This year it fell on the night of the full moon on Friday, September 13th, 2019.
